 Soon after you arrive Mr. I Made Midra will welcome you. Villa Bhuana Alit is located within the family compound of your host, Pak Midra. Visitors can mix freely with the family and other neighborhood locals, making this a relaxed and casual setting.
Made is a major force in the production of Balinese handicrafts.
He is an individual of high standing in the Peliatan village community.
As head of the local banjar, or community center, Made presides over a local body where decisions are made affecting the policies and lives of the entire village.
Additionally he is a leader in the local temple in Peliatan.
An energetic and productive man, Made is never too busy to check in with his guests on a daily basis.
